I noticed the bottom of my boat is spider cracked when taking it out of the water to clean it. Does this look like it might cause problems or is it minor? Attachment 27672Attachment 27673Attachment 27674

i'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what is going on there. It almost looks like something is growing on the gelcoat. I'm assuming you tried wiping is off?
It is. Stays in the water sometimes for a month. But the dark lines are the cracks.

You hit something with the strut.
I believe the warranty on gel coat is only 1 year. Do you have cracks anywhere else? Generally if there is a problem, it is all over the boat but does not show up until the boat is about 6 months to a year old. At least that has been my experience in the past.
Have them around bow eye. Was there from practically brand new.

You have discoloration along the cracks that indicate moisture is getting into the gelcoat. That should be checked out.
Ok I will

You definitely need to have that checked out. Cracks below the water line will only get worse. They can start to take in water, then expand further, ultimately allowing water to get in the boat. If you hit something, your insurance will cover it. If it is structural, SC will only cover the hull for the original owner, or if it was transferred one time. Just be forewarned, gel coat work is not cheap! At least to have it done correctly. If you don’t have the original hull warranty, then hopefully your insurance will cover it. Looks to me like you hit something.
