Beef liver and onions. Dont get any better. And chicken livers, gizzards and hearts. Love em
^^^Exactly. Fried with Straub beer or butter.
Venison (Deer) is pretty dry, so we make dumplings with that ground up.
Leave it to a W Pa guy to love Straubs and anything involving deer meat!
Haven't had that brew since I left Slippery Rock.
Once had haluski made with venison - not too bad.
