Will the factory 2011 Moomba OBV board racks fit the 2009 OBV model? Anyone have any experience with these racks? I think they mount on the same crossbar as the fixed racks. Can they swivel when the factory bimini top is in use?

i have a 2010 outback with the radacage, yes the Roswell swivel mounts where the fixed racks mount, but they are bolted onto the rack, near the rear of the bar, so you will have to drill 2 holes through. mine swivel with no interference with the bimini open or closed. simple pin in place design. works real well. had a small issue with the crome on mine, but Roswell swapped them out with no hassle.
