Outstanding pics! Thanks for taking the time to share them with us.
Jake, Sorry for your loss. This hits hard today in our home, it was a year ago my father in-law passed after a 16 month battle with cancer. They are in a better place and watch over us daily.
Jake, sorry for you loss, was hoping for the best. Great pics thanks for sharing with the gang

Thanks once again for all the kind words. I really enjoy the mutual respect and compassion members of this site have towards fellow men! Without the support of great people and having The Lord in my life I'm not sure where I would be!
So in going through even more pictures for the celebration of my Dad's life tonight I found one of him driving my old boat at LBC (must have been the first year I put the tower on it: no mirror and 1 board rack:) )
I didn't even know I had this pic, great find!

Ohhhhhhh, I'm liking the car. Why is the rear wheel off?
He was showing off! Usual for my dad. It had a trick independent rear suspension with a coil over setup. He showed two cars for a number of years each winter. Here's the "A"

It also sported the "jag" rear end. What great times we had in these. Not sure if they had many safety features :)
Just spent half the day at the doctor's offices and unfortunately confirmed that I have moderate-to-severe hearing loss in my right ear for higher frequencies that is permanent. The ringing in the ear will most likely be permanent as well. Nothing specific brought this on. Just started a few months ago and hasn't stopped. All the various prescriptions did absolutely nothing.
They're suggesting an MRI to rule out the possibility of a tumor somewhere in the nerves on that side since I'm a bit young to be losing hearing and have it be so far off from the left side results. I guess my reckless youth is starting to catch up to me.
Was also warned I need to be careful to preserve the hearing I've got left. Guess I can scratch new tower speakers off the list... :(
