Should I get the 440 or the 400 in the supra sa. I am not sure if it is worth the extra price. We will be surfing and wakeboarding mostly running stock ballast with 2-4 people in the boat. What are your guys thoughts.

Any elevation above sea level, I would go with 440. I boat at 6000 ft and my 440 still can't cut it with 4000 lbs. I know that's a lot of weight and not what I run normally. I normally run 3000 to 3500 and can just hit 10.3 mph surfing, but no more
I live in Bc , usually boat at around 1500 ft above sea level.
440 for sure.

Thanks guys, the wakeboard wake is awesome, when we demoed it we used stock ballast for the surf wave and seamed really good any way to make it better?
First, I would think properly propped the 400 would be suffic
Second, not trying to threadjack here but I will ask the question anyways. The 400 to a 440 is just a programming difference, engine is identical. Does anyone think a company will come up with a way to re program a 400 to the 440 for less than the 5k the dealers are asking for?
