Tower Bimini Connection Point Cutting Dash

I have a 2014 Mojo with the standard tower and standard bimini. I Have to fold the tower for dry rack storage. I noticed today that the bimini connection point on the forward side of the tower has left a cut mark on the left bottom drivers side of the dash. The tower folds all the way to the stop so it doesn't seem the dash is stopping the tower from folding completely. Is that normal? It is pretty upsetting. I will have to take a picture later. For the time being I have a rag wrapped around the tower until I can find a permanent solution.

You need to shorten the cable stop on the driver's side tower base.

And submit a claim. I'm sure Moomba and your dealer will get it fixed.
