Trailer Tires - 07 LSV
Hey Fellas.
Time to change my tires out. I am down to 2 options here in Alberta.
1. Goodyear Endurance tires
2. Carlisle Tires.
Just wanting some input from all of you of what would be the most reliable and durable. My last tires that were put on 3 years ago are starting to crack on the side wall. POS tires the shop put on, so I am looking at another option.
Let me know your thoughts guys.
Thank you
Richard

My local shop carries nothing but the Carlisle, says too many of the others come back to him to fuss. It's a brand name you hear a lot, I guess that's my vote if those were my two options. Price difference?

I think this was the last thread when I got mine a couple of seasons ago:

These guys seem to like the Endurance. Possibly USA made too?

If you don't use the trailer much, I don't know how much brand matters... unused tires don't age well.

Thanks for the information and the thread was a great resource.
Appreciate all the help. I don’t think I can wrong with either one and the price difference is only 50 bucks.
I trailer 1200 Kms one way to Manitoba every year and my biggest fear is a blowout. A few years back I had a bearing seize and that was enough stress for me.

Walmart.com works well for trailer tires. Find the ones you want, go online and buy them usually with free shipping and no sales tax. They ship them to your home and you take them to your local Walmart and they install for free. Less than half the price of the local tire places.
