Who wants a new gig this Summer?

During a conversation with a friend of mine from the Volunteer State, I learned that there may be a cool opportunity at SC. There are some big shoes to fill in Customer Service since my bud, Jon Allen, has graduated to Suprafreak status.

So, what's the deal?

Well, other than the obvious stellar customer service traits, if you're interested in this, you need to bring excellent MS Office abilities as well as creating technical instructions (written and video) & uploading to aid dealers in offering excellent customer service. You'll also be answering phones, helping to process warranty claims and process part orders.
