Ignition Problems with 2010 Outback V

I have a 2010 Outback V (325 Indmar Assault engine) which is having ignition system problems. Boat was working fine several weeks ago and on next wakeboard run would not respond when key turned to on or start position. Checked kill switch which was okay. Checked all breakers including behind passenger seat and 40a breaker in engine compartment. Thought it was ignition switch so I ordered and installed a new one. I thought it was fixed as gauges and hour meter came on in run position. When turned to start position I heard a click in engine compartment and lost power to ignition circuit. Tried resetting breaker in engine compartment but no luck - still no power. I also noticed temp and oil pressure gauges bouncing and then stabilizing when key turned to run position. Getting frustrated as boat has been out of water several weeks now. Anyone have any ideas??
