I called the Moomba shop, and SC does not carry patterns for my boat. They only go back through 2003. Does anyone have experiences with vinyl shops in the RDU area? Thanks!

No personnel experience.
Any upholstery shop can replace covers and use much better fabric. I have never thought about going back to SC to get replacements considering the quality of the fabric they used. I have changed out almost all of my cushions over the years.
Here's the best review I could find. Archie took the company over sometime 2010-2011 and most of the reviews were with the old owners.

I used Gresham lake upholstery to do some work on my camaro. They did a good job and had better prices than other shops in the area. I would give them a call. There is also a place right on hwy 98 between wake forest and hwy 50. He has a sign in his yard and looks like he works out of a shop on his property. With his proximity to falls lake I would assume he has experience with boats.
I have heard good things about Auto Tops & Interiors in Raleigh, but never used them. They apparently do a lot of boats. I took some of my cushions to a local guy that does mostly cars and he did an okay job, but didn't use stainless staples. I don't like other people working on my boat, so I think I am going to buy a sewing machine and do my own next time. There are some good write ups on Wakeworld and Iboats on now to do vinyl.
