Dock Lines Recommendation
I saw a couple of boats tied up to the dock at the Moomba Jam this last weekend with what looked like a stretch rope. Might have had the loops on both ends for easy attaching to the cleats. Anybody use these or recommend these? Have a recommendation on manufacturer or length?
They look convenient for a quick tie off.

I use those. I think I got them from Academy. No complaints

x2 academy
I also run the rope through the handle of my Exile Balls before attaching to the cleat on the dock. Super quick for when I'm loading and unloading alone

Be careful on what you use to attach to the bumper/ball. Last weekend a bumper that was attached with a carabiner type device scratched up my gell coat and rub rail.

I got some of those from the Moomba/Supra store. I won a gift certificate from the Supra Summer Test Drive event and bought the fam some shirts and had some left over credit so I bought the Moomba dock lines. I haven't been able to use them yet since they just came last week. They were pricey from the Moomba store and I wouldn't have bought them if I didn't have the gift credits. They are well made I just don't think are worth $26 each. $15 maybe. We'll see how they work. They are looped on both ends and have a bungee line inside the rope kinda like an anchor buddy if any of you have or have seen one of those.

Mine have metal clips on the end, clip it on the cleats and boom done. No tying crazy knots or anything. And they come in different lengths. Bass pro shop.

They have multiple holes to adjust length and the sleeve slides up to the cleat to tighten, they are basically a strong bungee cord so you do just what they are called, stretch and slide. All the people I tie up with buy them after they see how slick they work (even if they have the other style already). The guys at the gas docks always think they are the ish too.
I only have two, should have got four.
