drain for added front ballast

I'm planning on adding some front ballast to my '05 Mobius LSV. I'm thinking to add a 4th sprinkler valve similar to what aerolland did. I'd like to add through hull near the front of the boat for the drain. However, when I started exploring around the front, I realized it would be kind of hard to work with from the inside since you have to reach up from under the seats to have any access to that area. Has anyone added a through hull to the front of their boat? Any tips on doing it? One idea I had was to add it near a speaker so I could remove the speaker to gain a little better access.

Add the drain to the area next to the observer seat. No need for it to be up the front.
