hi there guys, i have an 1800 watt kenwood amp and 10 db651 speakers in total. this is probably a completely retarded question, but can that amp power all those speakers?

Sorry, it won't run any of the fullrange speakers since this amplifier is built for low frequencies only, has limited bandwidth and has a non-defeatable lowpass-only crossover. Just for subwoofers.
You might look at a six-channel amplifier.
Two channels to drive the four tower speakers at a 2-ohm load.
Two channels to drive the four cockpit coaming speakers at a 2-ohm load.
Two channels to drive the two bow coaming speakers at a 4-ohn load.
The JL Audio XD600/6 will give you 50 watts to each of the four tower speakers, 50 watts to each of the four cockpit speakers and 75 watts to each of the two bow speakers. The crossovers are flexible in that you can fullrange, highpass or lowpass on any of the three sets of two channels and it will bridge into 5, 4 or 3 channels for future expansion or mods.
If you want substantially more power to the tower speakers you will have to split this up into two amplifiers. However, this amplifier is right on with the speaker's power rating and will come within 1 or 2 decibels of the speakers' maximum output capacity.
