Thanks Guys!
My son and I went ‘round-and-‘round trying to decide on the blue and orange or go with the GG scheme. We really liked the orange tower from our ’04 Mobius. I wasn’t sure how the black on white would look. It was supposed to come with the Roswell Tower Speaker and Light Bar, but it was going to be too difficult to powder coat that thing, because of all the rubber grommets and stuff in it. We didn’t want the chrome look on the black tower. We then had to decide on what color to paint the tower speaker pods. We figured that white would be helping add some bling and offset the black tower.
Auto Sound did the stereo system, and is just down from Water Ski Boats on Stemmens Frwy. They put the system in our old boat as well. I’m really not sure if the Amp is a marine Amp or not. I know that if it gets water on it, it ain’t good!!! I assume it is not!?
We got in late yesterday afternoon and took it out around 5:30-6:00 p.m. to get an hour or so on the engine. I tried to get the tower lights to work, but I couldn’t figure out how to turn them on!!! I know they work, because the stereo guy was there when we picked the boat up, and I saw him turn them on! I was watching the lights rather than his finger!! I don’t know what button he pushed! I have pushed every button on this freakin’ boat and still can’t get these things to come on!?!?!?!
I used to keep the other boat in the barn just behind the boat, but this one is too tall to fit! I’m still getting used to backing it. It’s just a little longer than the other one!
