Below 32. I am not going to cut a hole in the ice to find out what the "water" temp is. May 10th is still my projected opening date. Bought a dry suit just for the occasion.
yesterday it was 63. Slowly getting warmer.

Lake Tuscaloosa, 66 degrees and a mud hole. Take weeks to clean up.
no idea, had my big toe in the water a couple weekends back when Drew was here, he and his girls all trunked it. today it has not even hit 70 outside and its 1 pm.
We were out yesterday with 55 water and 60 air. I use a dry suit because i have one, and i prefer to be comfortably warm.
I wish we had water temps like that.Attachment 19726
Can't get a good temp reading yet.
Went out those weekend and read 68-70 all weekend on the Trinity River in Trinity Texas. We trunked it but it would have been nice to have a heater top

Could probably safely rename this thread "Top Reason Us Northerners Want To Move South"
Water temp- holy frickin brrrrrr (but hey, at least we're not frozen!)
Air temp- random moments of sunshine and 70's surrounded by weeks of rain and 50's
Out yesterday....Water 71', air 75'
Water temp on Lake Lanier was 65!! Today the air temp was 76 will be 80 by the weekend...
Weekend before last Lanier was closer to 60. I think it was more like 58. Got my first surf set of the season in though...
Oconee was 57 this past Saturday....windy and rainy day
Lake Allatoona was right around the 60 degree mark the other weekend! I can't go out this weekend though so I can't give an update there. :(
Don't want to hijack the tread but with all this Geoigia lake talk I was wondering what y'all thought was the best place to put in on Allatoona. I went to West Point last month and Allatoona is only another 10 min and heard the water is much nicer. Thanks
Went out Saturday just for a boat ride. Water was 68.8 air was 80. Was tempted to get in, but just didn't Expecting rain again this weekend.
Wanna put that one up on consignment? We have several people looking for used...all we have is new in stock right now.
We are at 80 degrees already and with the weather warming it will only get warmer too.
80?! Why do I live in Iowa. 54 this weekend here according to the boat reading... Very very cold

72 on Take Tillery. I was in my wetsuit but others were trunking it

Good. That water needs to warm up a lot before I get there. More heat wave!
You have a little better than 50% chance of rain. If the water is 65 the air won't be much warmer so it doesn't feel as cold lol! Oh how I love NorCal and their 80 + water!

No wonder everybody stays inside and makes beer.
Smithlake in Cullman Al was 74 degrees this weekend
Here in GA, we've had a ton of rain the last week. We're sitting at 54 degrees lake temp.
What lake in GA is that? My friend was on the North end of Lanier today and shot me a pic of his water at 68
Mid 70s on Conroe last weekend

52. According to my informants. Actually felt it my self last weekend and it was colder than the freakin ocean.
Checked my secret website and my river is up to 70.5. Gonna have to think about getting the boat wet again. Heck, the pool is up to about 76 now.
83 degrees on Lake Louisa in Clermont
