This would be a tri-tube to be consistent with the 110 gallon fuel capacity. I would have liked to see what the bow looked like under maximum weight as pontoon boats are susceptible to submarining in heavy waves. The sponsons must be larger than usual and used for ballast. Good idea.
Worth watching the progress for sure... always loved a pontoon layout!
I spent some time this morning looking around for details on it and came up mostly dry. Looking at the picture of it on a trailer, I suspect it's more of a deckboat than toon.

Looks like a pretty legit wave. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...89c995cd9b.jpg
Pretty sure I DO NOT want my wife to get wind of this...
Bargain at $75k.

There are a lot of toon and deck boat fans out there b/c of the layout. Pretty cool idea. See where it goes.
I read that they are considering a 21, 23 & 25ft boat that will be capable of up to 25000lb of mass. Being generous and saying the 25' weighs in at 6000lbs that would still be 19000lbs of "ballast".
oops, I didn't realize the article was posted earlier.
baby boomer surf boat lol.
