It will for sure. I walk / jog 2-3 days a week. I am down 15 as of this morning. Still want 20 more off.

I had no problem with the first 15. It's been 3 more weeks and I haven't lost another one yet. I'll stay with the walking for now. Might have to amp it up if it doesn't work. Enjoying my daily lunch salad now.
