Still love that tower. Always will.
I'm not gonna post my picture yet, because I don't wanna jinx anything, but we're picking up our 2007 Moomba Outback next weekend! Once it's in our driveway, I'll post a pic!
July 2012 It's been a long winter waiting to put her back on the water.

Joe That's a nice ride. I bought some numbers similar to yours last week. I have been wondering what they were going to look like.
I agree, that's a beautiful XLV, I like the black and white and to me there is no doubt, that is hte best looking tower ever put on a boat, whether it was on the malibus or the moombas. I have no idea about function, but it has the looks category nailed. And it fits that XLV well.
I also really liked that supra tower they used for about a year that was forward facing but still allowed the cargo bimini. It looks a little like the axis tower, but IMO was much better looking.
Your number should look great, I did the inverse with my OBV as well, so far so good with the authorities, they have seen them up close and have not bothered me yet, the v2 is great, was made for spring assisted lowering, but we have never lowered ours. It is very solid with 4 xm9 and boards etc.
Couple more from last summer....can't wait to get on the water again!
