That light is really small and it's about the same height as the top of the attachment point. I put one on mine. I rarely run at night so I'm willing to risk the officer who would try to ticket you for that one.

I decided to have the fiberglass repaired, as in daylight it was quite a bit worse than I thought (nearly $5k in gel coat repairs!). Boaters Insurance covered it no questions asked!

Also got the trailer welded up, should be painted by mid-next week, which is also when the boats slated for completion;

wow, good idea to get it fixed pronto
That hurts my eyes. Glad it will be wrapped up before the season gets started up there.
Soooo.... am I reading this thread correctly??
- You took delivery (of a new, brand new boat) mid January of '13
- Drove it home 250 miles in snow and ice
- Got to your neighborhood, slid backwards on ice, smacked up the wakeplate - Stupid Tree!!
- Oh yeah, the wife is in the truck also and eight months pregnant
- Not only do you fix the wakeplate, you decide to start upgrading your boat (zipppp) including the stereo (why they don't just all come with killer sound systems yet I don't understand)
- Decide to go ahead and make some custom backlit accent pieces
You Sir ROCK!!! AWESOME
Yea, pretty accurate, lol.
I got the sub box roughed out today - once I get the boat back I'll test fit, cut the speaker holes, add the port, add more screws and liquid nails, then get it Rhinolined.
Template and box;

Are you having a local shop in Traverse City do all the fiberglass repairs?

Yea, West Bay Boat Works - so far I'm very impressed.
they need to do something like what Axis and Supra do and mount the anchor light on top of the tower pylon
