Can someone provide the part number for the impeller and a recommended puller? I want to do that myself this year, since I am done paying $250 for my dealer to do it (still less than $700).

Puller:
Deargooday 660040-1 Impeller Puller Removal for Impellers 2-1/4" to 2-9/16", for Jabsco Pump 50070-0040 & 50070-0200 https://a.co/d/46l7MIP
Impeller:
Johnson Pump - 3001.3621 09-812B-1 F6 Impeller - MC97 https://a.co/d/76MhRzQ
I do not recommend buying an impeller from Amazon. Try to stick with a brand name like a Johnson or one of the other bigger names.
The part is 09-812B-1
Some sell the kits with the gaskets and lubes. Other kits will just have the impeller.

As for the puller, I got a Sea-Dog brand from Wakemakers when I ordered supplies on Black Friday years ago.
There are other places online too: Bakes, Amazon, etc.
Not sure I’ve read about “do not buy the XYZ brand”.
Make sure the puller works on impeller sizes of 2-1/4" inches to 2-9/16" inches. They make different sizes, larger than this.
Sometimes they will state fits 812B impellers.

I don’t use a puller. I saw a tutorial on YouTube, the old guy bumps the engine over a time or 2, without start, just bump. Impeller spins, lubricates itself with water, and also backs it out a tad. This is with the impeller cover off. Easy able to grab and pull right out with a nudge of a flat head on each side. No fussing with a puller, nothing.

I just use needle nose and walk them out.
