Yeah, I was pretty pissed when my salesman told me this last Wednesday as I was picking up my new LSV.
Looking forward to installing this. Any idea how much it will cost to do the install yourself? $1,200 seems like a lot of money for a couple of metal plates.
The question remains if it's better to go with the flow system or load up on the ballast?

I think it depends on what you want. For ease of setup and change over from wakeboard, goofy surf, and regular surf you won't beat the flow. If you are looking for the slammed traditional wave you can't beat the traditional sacking of the boat.
They both have their place and purpose.
I do think the flow will enhance resale value.
That is alittle steep on the price 1199.00. Built a mondo on the site and 890 was retail on flow before the dealer discount.
I figured it would be more for the LSV since it has a larger aluminum mounting block.
