Throttle problem

I have a 2017 Moomba mojo the throttle-gear selector is lose when riding in the boat hitting waves the throttle get faster and faster does anybody know how to tighten it up. I’ve heard there is a set screw hopefully some one hs heard of this because the service department is 3 weeks behind

Should be behind the gear lockout at the pivot point of the throttle.
