Wetsounds in-boat & tower, Arc Audio amps, JL Sub
Arc makes wet sounds amps. So same thing.. Nice setup.
4 kicker ks 65's on tower powered by a 200.2 amp, sound is ok, but not that great. I had to kill all bass to them so the rider can hear. Inside of boat is factory 6 kicker system. Anybody have any ideas—or experience—adding a sub? Trying to find a solution around the 4-500$ mark.
Give this a peek, brand new from Wetsounds

dusty beat me to it!
along with a suggestion to search the audio section of the forum. it's full of ideas!
Rockin' the factory inboats/roswell tower speakers, and 12' subwoofer with 2 Kicker amps.
New boat this year, new sound system next spring or this winter if I can get it ok'd by the boss! Going all Exile or all Wetsounds. Still can't make up my mind but I got time!
Interior-Polk mm651 powered by a JL 360/4.
Tower-Rev 10's powered by a wetsounds syn 4.
Sub- Wetsounds xs-12 powered by a Alpine mrp-m500.
I'm waiting for the new wetsounds sinister amps to come out, and most likely going to get a rev 410 to go in between the two rev 10's. Then use the syn 4 for the interior speakers. The specs on these sinister amps look rediculous.

Jmvotto, just wanted to clear it up, Arc does not make our amps. We both share the same build house and engineering team on the SYN amps as they do on their KS line. That platform is so robust and efficient and cool running, it made sense to base the SYN off that existing platform. So similar platform but we have higher power on some models with parts change and conformal coated boards for true marine, stainless steel shroud vs steel, aluminum end panels instead of steel, syn-6 is 100% unique on the crossover input stage etc..There are so many instances that you will see similar amps on the market across many brands with them sharing a platform but some having different parts and functions, but the companies share the same build house. I could point out a couple right now that are exactly the same
And sometimes you will see 100% proprietary amps.
The new HT amps are 100% ground up Wet Sounds design and the insane Sinister are 100% ground up Wet Sounds design. We have had the time to design and develop these platforms from scratch, been working on these for 3 years now. We are keeping the SYN amps in the line so we have 3 series of amps, HT, SYN and Sinister. HT amps are full range class d at a great price point with high power and small size and the Sinister amps are full range class D with some of the highest power to size ever put into a 12 volt amplifier. The AS-10 sub above uses a radical direct amp technology that produces crazy amounts of power with very little current draw. The amp module built into the AS-10 sub is enclosed in a plastic module. You have to see and hear this sub to believe it. It pounds!
Bzubke1, Yes the sinister amps are just ridiculous. Wait to you see the size. 13 x9. With almost 1800 watts on the 6 ch. All sealed with no fan. The transformer has a patent pending design developed just for this amp. over 80% efficiency at full rated power. This is unheard of in a 12 volt amplifier.

When are the sinister amps going to be available?
