The old carpet was snap in so for me it was really easy lol.
you have 2 choices:
The easy one: cut it out along the seat bases
The harder one: lift/jack up the seat bases and pull it out all the way to the the side of the hull
newty did it the hard way. do a search and see if that thread is still on here.
If it's not on here I know it is a DIY on WW

Did this last year. Glad I'm not doing it this year. I believe my back did not like this project :) I did the hard way. It took some planning to get it glued in in one piece front to back.
I went to perfect fit and picked up a sample book today. This thread reminded me I only have 5-6 months until boating season so I better start the interior. My boat had 40 ounce vinyl but the samples I like are all 28 ounce. Thoughts?
How soon do you want to redo the vinyl again? :)
I'd be tempted to go heavy thinking it will last a lot longer, but then again up here our boats don't see as much action every year as southern states. Curious how the Perfect Fit carbon fiber vinyl looks in person? I'd be tempted to do the secondary accents using that.
First ideas, lots of pearl.

The current interior is cracking every time I step on the rear hatches and smoked in plenty of other areas. I did the Centurion when it was 14 years old. This one is 13. The Centurions new interior is now 8 and still very nice. The vinyl is manufactured by Spralding, that's what I put in the Centurion and unless I go outside of Perfect Fit it looks like Spralding again. I still need to measure and get a per/yrd quote.
Looks like I had the spec wrong, it's 29 ounce.
