walk through window

So a few years ago i got caught in some rough water and i somehow shattered my walkway window. a friends friend put some plexy in to just make it work for the time being. when i went to put it back on i noticed some of the screw holes got messed up. so the other day i was just seeing what was out there on ebay for moomba stuff and ran across a brand new window and frame.i dont have acress to my boat right now and was just wondering if this would fit?
