2013 OBV -- best decision I ever made when it came buying watercraft!!
I learned to ski behind my dad’s 2nd boat, a late 60’s 15’ Crestliner with a 40 horse Johnson.
After a couple years he upgraded to a brand new 16’ Chrysler tri-hull with a 105 horse Chrysler outboard.
After college, marriage and moving back to the land of 10,000 lakes we purchased a 3 year old, 1985 18’ Larson runabout with a 130hp I/O.
Kept it until 2005 when we purchased a new 19’ Glasstron with a 220hp I/O.
The kids really started to getting into wakeboarding, barefooting, slalom, jumping and anything else they can find to do behind a boat, so last spring we found our current boat a 2007 Outback with 75 hours. Only wish we would have made the move to a ski boat sooner, the kids progressed more in one summer than the prior 3 summers combined.

And I don't forsee another boat for a LONG time, if ever.
"And I don't forsee another boat for a LONG time, if ever."
I'm with ya on this.
I'm 8 months away from being totally debt free (remaining balance on mortgage) and I'd like to stay that way for the rest of my life.
Congrats! That is a fantastic achievement.
Thanks!
Wings and Yeungs at Buffalo Wild Wings are on me.
And just a FYI for you and Stacy...the Clermont Chain of Lakes is almost totally up to normal levels.
One can now travel the entire chain with an inboard.
This weekend I'll be walking down our boat ramp (in the water) to see if we can launch our boat. It looks like it's do-able. We haven't been able to use the ramps (1/4 mile from my driveway) since 2003.
