I am in a revitalized old town part of town so to speak. My building is surrounded by neighborhoods with houses as much as 100+ years old and a lot of restoring and renovating has taken place so it's always refreshing to take a walk and just take in the scenery. However, there are some total dumps right next to beautifully restored and authentic old houses. Kinda weird and I'm sure quite frustrating for the homeowners.
Also work from home on occasion - similar setup except dual 22" wide screens there.

Isn't it tricky to hide the porn on your screen when your back is to the door?

Its a lockable door with no windows!LOL I work for the state... Porn isn't an option.
You guys see the small spots on the lake? Those are all ducks. Prolly 1500 ducks there right now. Pretty nice view for an industrial site.

Dang RD - how do you get out to the rig? Boat? Chopper? How long does it take? Not a lot of commuting options there...

I work at the Ronlar Acres site of Intel in Hillsborrow Oregon.
Pic 1 is showing you all the construction as Intel is building its new Fab D1X as you might know in the news. Lower Center of picture is my building CUB3. My main job is to recieve all the chemicals used by the Fab in processing microchips, recieve all the water from the process also. Then we treat the chemical to make it environmentally safe, contain it to ship off, or in some cases we actually concentrate it to sell off to other companies.
The building the right with the Yellow is a new building housing a power distrubution system. The building the left has been removed completly. The large construction top center is the new Fab D1X.
The long building on the fare left of the picture is the main Fab in production D1D. Pretty much any Tank, or pipping you see is chemical based and my responcibility.

In this picture is a side view. To keep your bearing on what your looking at look for the Yellow Building its the same one as the 1st picture on the right of my main building.

This picture is a front view of the new Fab and a good picture of the BAC < Big Ass Criane> as they call it. This thing is undescribally huge Took about 6 weeks to build it on sight and its 1 of 5 and they claim its the largest mobile craine in the world. It cost 5M for Intel to rent it. They used it to pick up the steel structures that are right in front of it. Those are 1/2 the entire length of the fab building as you can see several installed on the roof. They are the supperting structucture for the roof of the fab.
