What size sub comes with the premium package for 2022?

I think it's still a 10" Wet Sounds in a ported box.

Hmmm. I was trying to figure out the same thing for my 2022 Mojo. I even sent an email into Wetsounds but have not heard back. I'm sure hoping I'm not disappointed compared to my current Exile setup. The WS REV 10's on the tower I know will be solid... not so sure on the rest (especially the sub). I have the XI12 as well on a Javelin amp and have been very happy. I guess I'd assumed its one of the 12" models... but there are at least 3 power levels to choose from so who knows.
Mine pumps plenty hard for me at this stage of the game. I have to say though, a guy pulled up to the local "sand bar" float hangout in a 2021 SE 550 with a factory JL system with 2 12" subs. It made the freaking water dance all around the hull! Was pretty damn cool!

I also have full Exile system in my current mojo with 8 in cabin 4 towers and big 12 sub prted box. Loudest on sandbar![emoji41] dont know if a 10 is going to be enough! Also wondering wich amps are in the 22

If it is still Wet Sounds the top package is the Syn amps....not a clue which size though.
Nobody’s got a 22 yet? Please let me know

Our 21 built in May/June has a ported box 10" wetsounds amp under the helm. Id bet the 22s will be the same. Big difference in the 20 though the wall free air compared to the 21 ported box.
Hey when you audio guys get your westsound systems tuned like you think they should be, let me know what the amp settings are. I believe I have the same setup with the ported sub, Rev 10 tower, and bow speaker system. I believe mine sounds pretty good. Even good bass out of the tower, but hey I am always up for improvements.

This has been the woofer issue in Moomba boats since they first started offering Fusion media units. They leave them at the factory default. Making adjustments at the amp is like peeing up a rope.Quote:
and possibly the head unit settings
And, PLEASE to not expect to have or try to get "bass" from a tower pod. You will either end up with a blown driver or blown expectations.
MLA is the most correct.
Adjusting the radio adjust the input to the amp. Then adjust the amp to amplify the sound.
My Rev8s and all mid-bass and highs. Do not expect bass drops from the tower.
agreed and agreed... and dont expect dual 12 output from a single 10.
side note, looks like they ran 4channels to the tower... anyone add 2 extra speakers? im assuming they are 4 ohm, so you would double power and optimize the amp to run another pair in parallel.
I believe you will find that the OEM tower amp is a Wet Sounds Syn-DX4 bridged to 2 chnls, so its at its capacity. Cant add additional speakers to it.
The bow. Is where the 5th and 6th speaker go. But if you have the upgraded stereo with bow speakers already then not sure.
Not at all too much wattage. 400 is a good spot to be. I run my demo's at 525W rms. Wattage above the rated RMS means the speaker reaches its potential with the amp running at a more conservative setting.Quote:
its oversized too, 400w rms, vs the speaker at 300w rms
The woofer should be the Revo-10HP which is rated at 400W/800W RMS/PEAK. It will handle the the bridged 600W all day long.
What all is in the boat now?
6 cabin speakers, 10 sub in ported box under the locker, rev10s on tower ?
What amps are part of the upgrade?
How are things wired?
Do you have zone control, and how is that configured?
Just setting your amps to someone else's settings doesn't guarantee good sound.
Not trying to sound like a jerk but if you can post the answers we can help you much better than say turn gain to 75%.
True. While some settings could be mirrored, the one variable is the actual music source of the donor settings. Tuner, 3.5, USB, SAT or BT? All of these would result in a gain setting that could not end with the best performance when transferred to a different system thats using a different music source.Quote:
