I did some searching and can't find what anyone is using... I have the 14.25 x 14.5 on there now that I'll probably use as the spare. I've heard that I should do a 14.50 x 12 for surfing, but that seems to low - any advice? I'm running 2700lbs of total ballast if all are at 100%.
I'm running about 3600lbs on my 16 Mondo with an Acme 1235 prop. Lost a few MPH on the top end compared to the stock OJ prop but the motor is much happier when we're loaded up surfing. I know a few people running the Acme 2079 but I think it's over kill at least for my situation.
I'm running the factory optional upgrade prop on my Craz, it's a Nibral OJ 945 15x13 4-Blade....I'm still in my break-in period so I haven't really gotten to try running it with a full crew and ballast but I'm willing to sacrifice top end for holeshot and towing.

I run the acme 2079 14.5x12 on my mojo with 4850lbs of ballast. It works pretty good. I upgraded from the factory 15x13 but didn't see much difference. Almost wish I would have gone to a 15x12 but I went with the prop selector suggestion on wake makers site.

Any follow up advice on this for the helix? I have a 2016 Helix coming to Colorado from sea level... equipped with the stock 1235 prop... should I go ahead and buy the 2079? I’m going to be running between 5500-6500 elevation.
Plenty of good advice above. I will say that the most thorough way to do this is to do what a fellow LSV owner did:
1. Measure clearance between the prop and the hull (also note the clearance btw the prop and the trailer)
2. Call ACME and get their recommendation based on your boat and the hull clearance (not trailer, see below).
Early on, LSV owners had clearance issues with the trailer which led to some recommendations to use a smaller diameter prop with less pitch when adding ballast. While this worked in principle, performance wasn’t what was expected and the loss in top-end speed was noticeable. My fellow owner learned, after talking with ACME, that his boat would accommodate a 15” prop (or even 15.5”) and that Boatmate will supply a shim kit for $25 shipped (or <$10 if you make it yourself).
When I was running 750s in the rear, the ACME 1433 (14” Dia, 14.25”Pitch, .105 Cup) worked fine. When I switched to 1100s, I needed a new prop. WM says the next prop to use for the LSV is the 1617 (14” Dia, 13.75”Pitch, .105 Cup) but reviews were mixed. I am now running the 2315 (15” Dia, 12”Pitch, .105 Cup). With my ballast setup (over 4k w/ extra bags when no human ballast), I have dropped 300-400RPMs at surf speed and unladen, my top speed is ~43MPH @ WOT.
In addition to WM, Nettles and Delta Prop are good places to buy a prop. YMMV
FYI I have a helix with 3200 lbs called acme and the recommended a 1235 , that's what I use and it's pretty decent. Lost about 7mph top end but I don't care. I would not say it hauls ass with ballast full but it's perfect for surfing.
I run an OJ945 - 15x13 on my 2017 Mondo with 3600lbs of ballast and 500lbs of lead. I typically am running at 2000-3000 feet above sea level and this is a great setup and keeps me below 3500rpm while surfing.
