Guys, I've come across some tickets for the MC Pro Wakeboard Tour stop in Knoxville at Volunteer Landing on July 28th. Is anyone here planning on going or does anyone want to go? Never been, can you watch from the boat and how close are the ramps?
Not sure where the ramps are...I know that it's on the TN River in downtown Knoxville. I know you can watch from the shore. And if its anything like the other stops including the one here in GA you can watch from the boat. Google Volunteer Landing Knoxville and see what comes up. I haven't been to Knoxville in a while. We are thinking about going and dragging the boat up there but not sure. Kind of a busy weekend as it is the weekend before school starts.

I would LOVE the tix! Just moved to Knoxville from Colorado. I used to get out on the water 4-5 x a week and now I don't have a boat and I don't know anyone here... I am having some SERIOUS withdrawals. Looking for a group similar to meetup/friends/ just anyone or anything so I can get out! THX :)
You can watch from Calhoun's on the river or from the landing itself. I went a few years ago when I lived there and there was plenty of room at both places, but come early so you can get a good seat. As far as the tix, I have to pass as that is my birthday and I will be wakeboarding with friends back here in Memphis, coincidence....they are from Knoxville.
