Can I run my new exile speakers off my stock amp on my 2011 outback v, can i run a few of the in boat speakers off of the deck and Just the exiles off the amp. How would that sound? or should I get a second amp? If I get a second amp do i need a second Battery?

You should probably list all of your components. Not sure what amp is in the 2011. Also, are you talking about the SXT65 tower speakers or the in boat replacement ones?
it is the kicker 200 four channel amp. and I am talking about the sxt 65 exile tower speakers

Get an amp. Even in 2-chnl (bridged) mode, that amp will only deliver 100W rms to each. In 4-chnl mode (leaving a couple in-boats on the 200.4) it will only do 50W to each. The Exile S400.4 is a good choice power wise for the SXT-65. In 2-chnl mode, it will deliver 200W to each. Only down side is that there will be no room for expansion, so another amp would be in order if the tower setup was expanded. If future upgrade are possible, then the Harpoon is the way to go.
not dissing anyone's equipment - just stating fact here....
After installing my 4 exile sxt65's, I took the boat to the local auto/boat audio shop to have the speakers tuned.
The shop could not adjust my stock amp (2009 Outback V) to their (or mine) liking, stating the amp did not have a cross-over adjustment.
They popped in a JL Marine amp and their was a significat difference in quality.
I immediately told them to remove the stock and mount the JL.
I use a Kenwood for the cabin speakers (originally used for the towers)
I am running just 2 sxt65 on my tower right now. I grabbed an older Exile 600 amp so I'd have room to add the second pair. They have been ordered and I'm ready to hear 4 of them running. I'll post my observations going from 2 to 4 when I get them up.

Ed has a harpoon for sale. It would be a great addition and allow any future tower expansion you want.

Getting a 2nd battery system is always a very wise thing to do.
Exile is up here in Canada you just need to look around. Even Future shop carries a very small selection,but likely try a more reputable stereo source.
yeah got a set of demo exile 65 for 250 at future shop, hadn't even been used
