http://www.georgiapower.com/lakes/Sinclair.asp
Drew's place is right about on the D of Crosby's LanDing.
BTW, Tried the bottom link and that did not work either
Oh well. Weird...
Thanks for the link. Are any of those ramps on 441 bettter than the others? Any idea on prices or are there any that don't allow you to leave your truck & trailer there? Looking at Bass, Sinclair, High Grove, Lakeside, or Little River. Thanks for any input guys.
not sure which ramp would be better-only used the Crosbys Landing myself. Took a trip uplake last year and I would guestimate that hight grove would be about 30 minutes away by boat.
15 day's to go :D
We have some guests at the lake this weekend, but I will try to get a map posted that shows all the important places such as hotels, ramps, my place etc. It's a fairly easy lake to navigate as there are several good landmarks such as the power plant tower and dam. I will also try and get some pics up so you all know what to look for.
If anyone wnats/needs to talk direct, send me a PM with your cell number and I will call you ASAP.
Drew, is there a bridge where folks have to put their towers down to get through? If so, you may want to mark that on any maps as well.
only if they want to get to tht part of the lake and only if the water level is high. I have made it under with the tower up, but the water line/level isn't marked so it was one of those interesting dialoges between wifey & me! :)
I will mark on the map.
I just meant that if there is a ramp on the other side that someone would try to use they might like to know.
