We were up at camp doing happy hour and taking a breather. It's funny - when you can ride and ride and ride without seeing another boat or even ripple in the water you eventually get tired of holding on - at least I do! That and over $500 in gas in 4 days between the boat and motorhome made me want to slow down just a little.Quote:

Ok - it's Boardman, OR. Thing is on Friday it turned to 20mph wind and whitecaps all day. Kind of a crap shoot for when the wind is blowing or not but we've had good luck.

I can understand the not bring able to hold on and happy hour. Still makes me feel sad to see the boat locked up like that with that water.
Love the pic with Grandma. Wish I had gotten mine out before she has aged so much these past few years. That's what it is all about man. Family and spreading the love of water to all generations. At least for me.

Thanks guys, I love the color in the summer againt the water and hills.

we got caught in one a couple months ago. we were in a small cove and could not even see the shore. when we finally made it back in the dock (hurt to go above idle) we just had to sit and watch the boat get poured on for an hour. bilge pump ran constantyQuote:
