Please please please meet in Austin or San Antonio. Better yet Lake LBJ. That's where our lake house is.

Nice Matt. I was going to ask if anyone took pics while we were dancing under the bridge during the "little" rain storm. Crazy having 5 boats under there with the wind.

That was from the day before. There was too much going on for me to even think about getting one then. I wish I would've gotten a picture of that huge tree coming down.

I've spent most of my day cleaning inside and out on the boat and fixing a few minor repairs (gauge fell out the dash and I had to rethread my xm9 mount), but she's all cleaned up ready for the 4th now....
I couldn't stand it any longer. After this wknd I had to throw up a flag

I'm posting it here first, so y'all let me know if there's anything you want me to change/edit before I throw it up on the Facebook page. Keep in mind, this is only like my 4th video to make...

Re: 2014 moomba / supra texas jam! June 27-29, 2014
The zld doesn't have an output, so unfortunately not the way I would like. We used an aux. splitter cable plugged into my ipod, then each went to the aux input on each boats zld. This method works, problem is I use the ipod plug and controller normally which allows me rear transom remote control and master volume. Having to use the ipod headphone jack instead of the ipod connection doesnt allow for that control. If the ipod connection were usable I would have master volume control over the entire link up, which would have been handy when snoop dog tried to blast in talking about....well....you get it.

Yea we had 5 boats side by side all sporting xm9s, if we would've hooked em all up you wouldn't have been able to hear yourself think... 3 was PLENTY haha

I just use the GoPro Studio software that you can download from the website. It's free. Basic, but free. Does everything I need anyway

Mine is temporary, held in place by 3 zip ties, but it is SNUG. I ran the pole along the vertical bar that holds the z5 to the tower (the one that unpins to bring the z5 down) then stuck the bottom of the pole between the corner of the z5 and an inside cross brace. It can't shift or move. I'll take a few quick pics Friday

Mine are regular clamps from diywake.com that we welded aluminum tubing too a mount for the poles to go down in, the pole holder bolts to the clamp and acts as a set screw so nothing can rotate orn move at all. Drilled and tapped thru just so we could snug the pole up and not have any rattle. My poles are just regular electrical conduit.

Prior to this I used metal hose clamps. Those also worked pretty good.
