How do I convince my wife we NEED a new boat? She likes the mojo but doesn't want to spend mojo money. If this thing can be had around 65k I might be able to talk her into it come boat show season [emoji137]🏼*♂️

Easy. Have her go with you for an on the water demo. The extra room and freeboard will literally sell itself. And I bet you'll be able to get into one for not a ton more money. Being able to motor around with autowake keeping the boat level would be badass. And play the "salesman game" where you present the marginal cost to her in "monthly payment" rather than in thousands of dollars. $20 a month is easier to justify than $4000 or whatever.

I think the extra room will be the seller. I mean, who ever said "I wish I had less room in my boat"?

My wife would tell me "it's your money, do what you want with it!" LOLOL.

That said, the wife owns and pays for the tow rig (Payment, Registration, Insurance, Gas, Repairs) and I own and pay for the boat. Works pretty good for us!

I owe less than $15k on my XLV and have a tiny payment that means I can afford to take it out all the time and feed it gas. I'd have to take a hard look at the numbers of what it'd take to MAX me out. :-)
