22.5'
Think stretched Helix, with fewer lines.
Some dealers will have one this week.
My speculation is that pricing will mirror the Craz.
I got to peak around the new 2018 this weekend, some pretty cool stuff coming soon.Quote:

oh the drama... Max add is now removed, Max pictures are gone. The 23.5 Supra picture will be next.
I bet the dealer that listed it got in some trouble!
Anyways, I saved the pics.

Well, the cat's out of the bag on the Max. Should have released on here first anyway to the loyal followers. I bet it will be an excellent surf boat.
with all the live feeds now, would think that a reveal at the dealers meeting would fix all this?
with the thirst for knowlege and all the social media/electronic platforms out there, embrace them.
Im with aqua that it's a tad silly. anyone shopping for moomba or supra in the last week has now stopped pending a new product. has to be frustrating for dealers telling them I have this great new boat that will fit your needs but come back next week :)
^ I think he was referring to the Supra SL550 as it looked like it had temporary TN registration numbers.
That antenna on top of the tower needs an explanation to go along with the pic!
Agreed. Especially if you are going to release new models mid-summer.
I would think building as much hype and pre-production demand as possible makes more sense.
The tease of an upcoming new model, with all the right looks and features, might keep a new buyer from shopping the competition.
Demand must be created for a luxury item. Nobody NEEDS a new boat.
I kinda doubt all of the cloak and dagger stuff adds zeros to the correct column on the balance sheet.
Just my .02 cents, but what do I know.
:)
You guys must not remember the live feed unveilings a few yrs ago when they all crashed. It's a production nightmare that adds a lot of cost and probably little value. My guess is that they want the dealers educated on the boats so they can best serve customers and that come to take a look. There are just a few boneheads that can't follow direction that have created this issue.
The biggest reason they wait to release new boat info is to give the dealers a chance to sell current year stock. You also have to think that what many consider the Big 3, being Skiers Choice, Malibu and Mastercraft are all built right down the street from each other, so secrecy about new models is always at a premium.
I'm fairly certain you missed my point....when you have 3 big time boat companies in the same area, business is done a little different....but yes, in and around Knoxville, you'll see 5 of all the other boats to every 1 Nautique, Ski Supreme, Centurion, MB or anything else out there. Not at all saying those aren't good boats or anything...maybe RickT will chime in with a better explanation.
I've seen many an argument over the "big 3", but that's the first time I've ever seen that combination! But, I think I follow if you are saying the big 3 in the Tennessee area around all of the factories!?
I'm sure there were teasers dropped last year for Moomba... Maybe it wasn't worth the investment to get the hype out and this year to let the public do it wondering whats coming. I'm actually surprised it lasted this long before pictures surfaced. I can't wait for the full run down of the new Moomba, just going through it I'm sure I missed something.
Yes, I do understand that Correct Craft has more market share than Skiers Choice, but they aren't as popular around here. The Knoxville area also has SeaRay, Yamaha, Heyday and a few others. So new technology and offerings to market for upcoming years have to be kept somewhat secret. Most all the car companies do it, why shouldn't boat companies?
Saw the pics. I like some of the "new" things on it. Hopefully they carry over on other models. One item I really like has been asked for a lot on this forum :-)
