Boat looks great Larry!
Never too young to drive a boat. I started at 6 years. Zandar at 10 years can back our Max into our slip. Here he is driving our neighbor's...dare I say it...M240. He likes Zandar to drive his surf sessions.

Nowadays I can't post just Zandar. His 5 year old sister is starting to ride a wakeboard too...Look out Zandar, here comes Zayla!!

Did some surfing this weekend and thanks to two other boats not paying attention my surfboard suffered some damage. Did some googling and it sounds like my best bet is to use some two part epoxy and dress it up with some wet sanding.. Anyone else try this and have any pointers?

jmm- did 2 part on my IS 4-skim. been 10 years now and although not the prettiest nose, still watertight and works like new. didn't go the route of sanding/coloring. we just covered in epoxy, shaped it as best we could with it plyable and left it alone...
I've had really good repair results with this kit:

It's got everything you need for several repairs.

The standard for which "butter" or "glass" is determined. Very nice. We all have been there and appreciate the time while having it.
