I had so much fun on the Slalom and Wakeboard, that I almost skipped my turn surfing... But I changed my mind. Having the river to yourself with the boat already sacked out is too temping.

earlier this year, I tore my mid-foot ligament. I'm mostly healed. When the doc cleared me to return to sports, he said that having foot support (like a supportive shoe) was the best thing to help my foot not get re-injured. I bought a pair of wake skate shoes and that's what I'm wearing on my bad foot. The foot definitely gets sore after surfing, so I figure it's best to keep the shoe on there.
