I know. He weighs just under 80lbs. He is basically standing up on the board just above idle speed when I take off with him. I started out with 50% amplitude and he could surf it just fine. I just leave it all the way at 100% now. I don’t see any advantage to the smaller wave for him.Quote:

That is about how it’s been here. Probably the wettest summer I can remember. Sucks for lake time but better than the alternative. Between work and the weather we’ve probably only been to the lake 5 times this year excluding the recent vacation trip :(

A family selfie from our morning trip. It was pretty windy this morning but the kids enjoyed the cruise and swimming. Wind has slowed down now so should be a good afternoon of surfing ahead!! Hoping I can get this 2022 software update done while the kiddos nap so we can try it this afternoon.

We always launch at Rainbow park- this is right at the start of Butt Des Morte. This launch is great as there are ( I think ) at least 10 launch ramps. I have never had to wait to launch or load.Quote:
