I sold my FZ6 last year
Attachment 16840
I bought the FZ1 and love it! Plenty of mods done, and a coule left I'd like to do someday (Ohlins fork, black anodize some parts, etc.)

Cody's got an 87 VFR700 Interceptor II...Somebody on here might recognize the jacket :)

couple more of my FZ1...

So here's some dirtbike bikes...
My 09 Husky WR300 (was Glenn Kearney's spare GNCC Race bike w/ only 3 races on it)

The littlest bike, a Suzuki JR50
Attachment 16847
And the XR50 I just redid for my girls. I bought it new in '01, and it is now on its 3rd set of plastics, 4th or 5th set of graphics, 3rd set of forks. Engine is solid and has never been touched. It has been through the 4 oldest boys and is on to my oldest daughter now (7).

Suzuki RM65
Attachment 16848
Here's a pic of all the kids on a few of the bikes. Don't worry, the 2 w/o helmets weren't riding at the time, just posing. The daughter in the sparkly hat doens't much like to ride anyways, but the baby does. He'll chase the boys around the yard until they take him for a ride now. lol

Not pictured are the yamaha TT-R90 and the KX100...
Here's a project bike, which is currently stripped down for rebuild. We're hoping to get it going to Cam's first bike this summer, but we'll see. it is a twin-cyl 400cc 2-stroke!

rc, good to see the family involved. I'm seeing less families involved in riding and it may be the cost these days. Bikes for kids are passed down to others all the time at a reasonable price but it's the gear that gets ya.
THANKS. we've been able to pass down most of the gear most of the time. Gear (except helmets) is cheap if you know how to shop for it. Shop the outlets and closeouts (not to mention used sometimes) and you can get pants for like $20 shipped! None of use could care less if the style is a couple years old!
Nearly all of us love riding. My wife used to not mind, but since a couple of us have gotten hurt, it kinda tears her up now... She's doing alright with it though. She knows its something we love, and really brings us boys together, and doesn't want to take that away from us. she's a good woman.
FYI: I had my 4th son, Isaiah, riding that JR50 withOUT the training wheels before his 3rd b-day :O We love our dirtbikes ;)
urrrrggh!
We keep the 4 wheelers at the lake and I just don't have time/patience to work on them myself anymore. Mine got tore up w/ ethanol and needs a carb rebuild. I dropped of the girl's 90's, wife's 200 and mine for the rebuild and then just general maintenance such as fluid changes, air filter 2 new batteries, etc and the bill came to a cool $1,000+.
That's insane!!! I spent that on parts last year, but that was a top AND bottom end inthe KX100, top end kits for hte JR50 and RM65, forks for the XR50, and a slew of other little parts. It may take time, but your dollar goes SSOO much further doing your own work! For real, bring them to me next time and I'll charge ya half what the dealer would. We'll both make out! :)
I know, I know. It's the $70/shop hr that kills ya! I simply don't feel like taking weekend time to do it and hauling them all the way home to tinker in my workshop would cost me more in gas towing them home & frustration than what the shop charges.
Well, I figured I could share these! I ordered a new set of wheels for Debbie, my '03 Heritage Softail, back in November and they are finally on the way to Texas! These are the "Cali" by Primo Wheel in California. They are cut from a sold block of billet aluminum then chromed and pc'd so they are one piece tubeless wheels. I can not wait until they get here next week!
He is supposed to be getting me some high res shots they took for advertising, I'll post up when I get them!
Front 21X3.25 & Rear is 16x3.5. They are replacing an already custom set that I have had hell with since day 1.

Man, ole' Deb is looking hot.
She shore is a sweet thang!
Dusty I love that bike so sexy! Does Ash ever ride with you?
Picked up a new bike as a project, 1982 Yamaha Virago XV750. Here's a crappy shot of both of them in my NEW garage!

Thanks Mark. She rarely rides any more. We miss the days of having both sport bikes. After having her own she didn't enjoy riding bia anymore!
They put a few new shots on fb with tires mounted.

Found the pic I wanted of all our dirtbikes lined up infront of the boat in my "organized" garage. Unfortunately it it looks like the shed will have to wait until next year and my garage stays a mess for another year...

^That's a garage full of fun.

Well it has finally arrived. The dealership called on Tuesday and said that my bike made it in, I went up there and helped assemble it and brought it home last night. I will definitely be out all weekend breaking her in.;)
Last one for now.

So what number did you end up getting? You will be a few seconds faster if you take that number 5 off. lol

He's pretty excited. I was waiting for him to try and ride the crate down the hill.
Dirt bikes take you to good boating places.
King of the double negative!
"don't make dees no more!"
Awesome, I think that's a "2 stoke, baby!"
Yes, the link is awesome. Moving on... It's now riding season in Oregon. Here's my latest acquisition.

I think someone may soon be heading to Florence Oregon with a little dune action.
you'll have fun with that Jake! Not exactly a "motorcycle", but it'll work ;) Lol.
Should be a good dune machine for the wife and 10 year old who is outgrowing his raptor 80. My first 2 stroke. 2 stroke baby. You hit the gas and its like braap! Up on two wheels with me on it. They don't make 'em anymore, brraaapp.
added another 4 stroke to the stable

I'm headed to Daytona to meet up with old squadron mates for Bike Week on Friday. Lots of ass pain on the GSXR.
