Why were you surprised? It was effing cold! When we rode at 730am, that was the warmest it was going to be all day. Most don't go out in the high 60s low 70s with overcast and wind to ride...lol. Especially when the day before was mid 80s.Quote:

Saturday wasn't cold till the wind picked up. I would have gone out today but had to get this breezeway project tied up. Sunday was chilly and I was beat. Memorial Day morning was shockingly quiet up on the lake in the morning. Ran up early to get a quick ski run in and be off the lake before it got crowded. Much to our surprise there were no boat around and the water was glass! Got a few great runs in.

I did get to see an epic boat trailering mishap though. This guy in a jet boat was coming into the trailer crooked over the trailer fender and his buddy told him to back off. He hit full throttle instead, ran over the top of the trailer fender, flew through the air and hit the rear fender of his truck.
