Seems like an automated on board system that would spray clam killer into ballast tanks would be a worthy investment.
If such a system doesn’t exist, perhaps a worthy invention.

it'd never sell:) still have to get inspected for compliance so you're stuck there anyway and most lakes don't seem to care about this so it's a very limited market at this point.
I don't see the fees being charged for invasive ever going away as it's a cash grab the dnr/parks-rec are now counting on in budgeting but at some point as others have mentioned every lake will have them so the need to clean will diminish.
