How did your impeller look when you replaced it?

Be sure and check your bilge pump too. Mine was trashed from the freeze. I had a Engine Compartment Heater in there too.

Impeller looked good but I replaced it anyways.

Will check the bilge pump tomorrow.

Looks like the heat exchanger must be bad now. After speaking with the local Tige dealer here and hearing that the heat exchanger on a lot of the Raptor 400s was the issue after the freeze here, I ran the boat up to operating temp and there is definitely a leak out of the bottom of the exchanger. Will be replacing now and see from there.
