1. upgrade head unit and add a transom remote.

We sold our 07 Outback so we'll be looking to upgrade the whole enchilada!

All you have to do is call Seadek. They'll send you out a template kit and then make it to fit. Simple.

I used some "Hull Cleaner" which is a mild acid. It was very easy to do and work perfectly. The only thing is you will need to wax the hull afterward. Got all of the stains off of mine. I just used a small bucket and a brush on a wand. Keep the water hose near. You could do this at your local self service car wash if you wanted.
