03' LSV - I run 750 lbs in the center, 350lbs on surf side in the locker, another 350 in the surf side (just laying in the cockpit) and load the bow down with another 200. Money. It takes a while to figure out where to place the weight but once you have it dialed in your good.
The 1100 sac has two connections on top of the bag. One is obviously a fill the other can be a second fill and/or vent overflow. Using my stock pump and having the Irritrol sprinkler valves I can fill the 1100 to the point of overflow in under 15 min which I think is very reasonable considering it is the stock pump using sprinkler valves. I do have a Tsunami 1200 pump which I can assist in the filling/draining of the 1100. With the extra pump it fills the 1100 easily in 6 min.Quote:

With your Irritrols, do you have the manual lever in the "ON" or "OFF" position? I am guessing you have them in the "OFF" position since you are using the valves to direct flow. I found that in the "OFF" position, my Irritrol valve would only open for a few seconds then close and would not let water thru. Are you not experiencing that?

Yes, with the 08 GGIII system (replaced with Irritrol 700 valves which made a nice reduction in fill time) and the Tsunami 1200 external pump, one 1100 sac being filled can be filled in 6 min. With just the stock pump and filling only one 1100 sac, fill time is no more than 15 min. I'm finding that the stock GGIII system with the Irritrol valves is not that bad at all. Once the center is filled early in the day I only let out a little here and there so there's only the need to fill one rear bag a time so fill times are not bad. When wakeboarding I only have very little water in any of the sacs because the XLV already has a big wake.Quote:
