Good question! Haven’t looked at the boat since end of November. I think you are right but cannot remember!! Lol

Got my new Ronix One Timebomb in yesterday! Sold my RXT to a buddy of mine. I'm ready to ride!
Awesome! I probably won’t get a new setup till next season but who knows [emoji2369]

So awesome to see a wakeboard thread back. I'm riding an old-school Marek with the Orange Slingshot Shreadtowns. I absolutely love that setup but its starting to de-laminate so I'm going to be shopping this spring.
Currently riding:
Hyperlite State 2.0 - 140
Liquidforce Trip - 139
Wakeboarded some in my college years, tore my ACL in Fall of 2019, so just now getting back into it. rode some last summer, but not as much as i wanted. Couldn't even go wake to wake behind my Chaparral...:(
With our new Mojo on the way, really itching to get out and ride behind a proper wake boat! Until then, using my Revolution Swell balance board to keep things sharp
Speaking or braces and insurance....I had my surgery in 2006 so it’s been a minute. I still need to wear a brace but my old one is so worn out. Think I could still talk to insurance?

Not totally sure. Do you still have any follow ups? If not, maybe schedule an appointment and voice your concerns to get 1. You may also want to call your insurance to see if it might be covered. You could also track down the local rep for Ossur or Breg and ask them the best way to go about a brace.
Nah. No follow ups. Thanks for the tips tho!

I swapped a year ago from Hyperlite to Ronix Space Blanket. The Camber rocker was a bit to get use to but loving it so far. Only issue now is my right knee has a tear in the meniscus which will limit my boarding this year unless the water is just glass. Just have to surf more I guess
Temps are coming up! Getting out Thursday to ride. My buddy just picked up a new Riot Bio, I will be on my new One Timebomb. Should be a fun afternoon as my friend can shred.
Lucky you! I’m still going to wait another few weeks before we get out there!
Pics or it didn’t even happen!

Do you keep boat in heated storage? How have you managed the overnight freezing temps? You’re in TN right?

It’s not hard to pull the drain plugs worst case

Alright perfect timing for convo then. This is our first boat with the strainer which is so amazing.
I’ve been itching to get out but afraid of overnight temps.
I know about the plugs but haven’t located them all just yet.
How many are there? Are these only the blue plugs?
And to be clear. If I take the boat out and say I need to “re winterize” as long as I drain the block in 100% good to go?
Learning to do this will get me out on the water much quicker every year [emoji38]

Anyone have any input on the Ronix District? Used to ride a LF Trip and a LF Bonifay.
Look in your owner's manual online, you have 3 blue plugs and a crossover water hose connection. You're not draining your block as these engines ate close loop cooled, you're draining the raw water that cools the transmission and exhaust manifolds. You have 1 blue plug on the heat exchanger at the transom, remove surf locker wall to get to it and your impeller and oil filter. A plug on your v drive anode and another on a V drive hose to the left of the engine. You have to remove the upholstered panel over the transmission hatch and remove the whole cover assembly, 4 bolts, to access them. It sounds like a lot, but once you do it a couple times, it's a 10-15 minute job. You can also just pump 5 or 6 gallons of antifreeze in through your sea strainer at your transmission hatch until it runs out the exhaust.
RC created this document and has shared it on a few different threads. It is a good illustration and has good instructions.

Has anyone checked out the new board prices?! I rode my buddies one a few years ago and liked it so I was looking at the new ONE Blackout but damn a $800 board is going to be tough to swallow.
