Price... probly don't wanna know. Lol the building I just came out of was $175/mo, 14'x35'. We use it as storage for holiday crap since the new house doesn't have much attic space.
The new one is $440/mo, but I'm tired of moving the boat out when I do a lift on a truck or put a blower on a car. It's a little expensive but the security is worth it. Each door is wired to its own security system. When you put in your code to open the gate it disarms your door. Rearms when you put your code in to leave.
Now I've got room for my toys and customer cars/trucks. I'm about to start a build on an '89 Camaro IROC Z in September as a toy for myself. Gonna be a wicked 8sec street sleeper hopefully.
My son flew into town Friday night, so we were able to get out on the water with him on Saturday. Funny how I had to push him to get him in the water to wakeboard and surf. But he loves it once he's out there.

We had a great weekend other then wakeboarding behind my boat got cut short (pretty good crack in wakeboard tower) but there were 8 other boats to ride behind.

Well I'm dreaming of an aluminum Christmas this year... I'm leaning towards built LQ9 with a ProCharger. But I'm just not great with LS motors. So we'll see, it'll probly just end up with small block 408. The car needs a lot of work. My uncle bought it new in '89, has about 190k on it. It's been sitting for close to 10 years now.

Did "date night" on the lake Friday night with the gf. She prepared all the food and I provided the entertainment. Stayed on the water till close to 10pm. Best damn date I've ever been on!!!!!

Made it out Saturday and Sunday. Had a Good time with good friends. My oldest daughter is finally happy with the surf wave on our boat! The last two seasons we have had the opportunity to surf my friends MB Tomcat that is dialed in perfectly, and has a collection of very nice boards we have gotten to try out. So now she had a frame of reference and this is what she compared our surf wave to. And the only board we have is a hyperlite broadcast from like 2013. The suck gate has completely changed our wave. It's way more consistent and repeatable and less temperamental on speed than the ghetto gate I was running. There is tons of push and this broadcast works like a completely different board. Here's some from this weekend. One of me on my buddy's MB and Doomswell, and my oldest daughter was surfing and when she fell her arm got into the rope. we tried surfing a buddy's dads boat in wisconsin a few years ago. its a 45ft twin diesel engine yacht with twin tabs and found that the second curl back offered the best potential to surf but it took 2 wakeboard ropes tied together to get back there. hard to get up and took quite a few minutes for that barge to turn around and pick up a downed rider but was fun to try. I can't even imagine the gas he burned for that few hours of enjoyment...Quote:

Son just turned 6 on Sat.
Took some coaxing from us to get him to ride with us, but once he did he was all smiles.
Has been riding double with me or wife since he was 4. (15-18 mph).
I was super proud when everyone on shore or on boats was yelling and honking to him as they have seen him ride before...
