Shirts are $10 and can be paid when you arrive to pick them up or they can be paid for via pay pal before the event. The shirts are a Tri-Blend material so they are very soft and comfortable. Also this year we are preselling raffle tickets. More information below.

I think it would be cool to do a quick online meet and greet so we know who all is in what boat so go ahead and post you named, not your alias, and a picture of your boat.

Rodney I'm pretty sure I've already told you but man that's a beautiful SA. Green seems to work very well on it

Thanks and that blue was my first choice for a SA but the green trailer really sold me on the green. Not to mention my hair is green. Lol

I know, had to take a vacation day just for the journey. And I still have other decisions to make like should I leave the boat covered for the trip or should I just head up the river in the boat! Your new boat is awesome and I can't wait to hear a system link up, you guys are ridiculous. Now I'm thinking about filling one of the bags with beer so we can dispense right out the side haha.
You may be onto something here!

I guess it would be a lot easier, tastier and foamier to just stick a keg in a rear locker and run the hose out of one of the ports.
5 DAYS LEFT TO ORDER A SHIRT! If you can't attend paypal the sizes and quantities to [email protected] and we will ship to you at no additional cost!
Reminder, all proceeds from shirt an raffle go to WaketheWorld.org
is it the last weekend of july or first weekend of august? the lodging website says it is the last weekend of july. I'm sure it is right on here and they have it wrong though.

ROLE CALL!
We are just over a week out and I know I am pumped and ready to go!
We will be arriving at Bethy Creek Thursday afternoon to start setting stuff up and will be headed to El Rancho Viejo for dinner in Trinity Thursday night so if you plan on showing up Thursday feel free to join us for some Mexican food and margaritas! Rinkers boat world will also be providing a guide (either a boat or waverunner) to lead first timers through the cut into the river.

I'm ready and counting the days. Have they done any work on making the cut deeper?

I'm looking at various vodka recipes right now...
I think I'll have to test some out this weekend ;-)
It wasn't bad last year once u know what side of the pole to go on. lol I went on the wrong side and it gets shallow quick.

Anyone been up there recently to see the condition of the river/cut/Bethy? With all the rain up in Dallas lately I'm curious how it's gonna be. I'm itching for some glass smooth surfing.
But I'm definitely dropping in on 19 this year. Lol no more hanging up my trailer on the Bethy ramp.
They have 4 wooden pylons on both sides of the ramp so have to get centered pretty good to not hit them then on the right side of the ramp (side closest to the swim beach) if you go too far in it drops off a bit. I always go just far enough for the fenders to be about 1" or so under water and I've never had an issue. You can watch your guide poles in the mirror as well and if one starts to go down fast then stop.
Now I did eff up my old Doomswell Nubstep by it hitting one of those pylons in the rack so make sure you swivel your racks in while loading and unloading.
Oooooooppppppps
You shouldn't have a problem since you have a newer boat. My old 06 woth the crappy boatmate under it has to be backed so far down in the water it dropped off and there's something down there that grabbed my fender. I've basically got to put my bumper in the water to get my nose over the roller. I still haven't gotten around to my trailer mods yet.
Agreed...
Anyone else dropping in on 19 this year?
I'll probably just launch at Bethy. I was there this last Saturday, and while the cut is shallow, it was passable. Water was perfect for miles and miles.
I thought I heard something about an SUV ending up in the water down there... lmao
This is what I've been missing? I have a crappy old Boatmate trailer, my racks don't swivel and there are cars in the river!!!!!
