Your luck will one day run out to good sir

That's correct but in the sun and out on the water all day it don't take long. Not that I think you are being reckless or intoxicated because I don't, not for a minute but.....game wardens don't need a warrant to board your vessel. Once they see you sipping and board your vessel, and they will board, it's their discretion as to if administer a breathalyzer or not. If they feel you have had to much to drink to safely operate vessel/motor vehicle you can still be charged with DWI/BWI and arrested. This includes your boat and possibly your truck being impounded. You might beat the charge but you won't beat the ride. and the money you spend defending yourself will be astronomical. If you refuse the breathalyzer they will likely arrest you for suspicion of DWI /BWI
Best/safest practice is to not drink that cold one while driving your boat. Better yet don't drink that beer while in the drivers seat

You are totally right, the best way to avoid it is to not partake and give them any reason at all. Can't argue that!

Yes sir, impaired is the law so people still get dwi's under .08, just not as common. People don't just beat them either, got a buddy in a bad fight on one right now at a .06, not to get into all the specifics, BUT the guy was in his own driveway and will lose his job if it sticks.
Well, it won't be long before they are arresting you for sitting in your boat in your own garage having a beer.
*grabs popcorn!*
WAIT!
*runs back to kitchen, grabs beer.*
Ok. GO!
Due to bad weather in the ATL area this weekend, we resorted to Karting! :D
But not without finding spelling errors on one electronic street sign!

Wow this is the longest monthly Picture thread ive seen with so few pictures and its only 6 days old LOL.
You can be charged with DWI anywhere if you are over the limit and still have your keys in pocket... just food for thought....
NOW Back to Pictures!!!! ;)
Cinco de Drinko was our 3rd trip out, but my first day to brave the 68 degree water... I really thought it would've been colder but it wasn't bad at all! I immediately started kickin my self for not jumpin in sooner haha

Thats right back on track LOL.
Cinco de Mayo, we got out with Boonejeeping and family, Ran into Al Cab, i think i saw Miller Da and i even saw our new member PDX 12 Mojo, I saw a lot of him, but not sure he saw us, me and his Wife waved and said hi while he was getting his Red tow vehicle LOL.
Hagg was SUPER windy yesterday, 16mph and 30+ gusts most of the day. We made the attempt at surfing around 130 after being on the lake for 2.5 hours waiting. It wasnt good, the water was just so choppy the wave was really inconsistent.
By 5pm the wind started dying down and we surfed till 8pm LOL.
We were die hard, waiting it out, and got a small reward in the end.

Looks like the dog is happy. I see you have the G0Pro suction cup mount on the boat there. How are the pictures from there? The one thing that I dislike about the GoPro is that it doesn't have a zoom on it. I really wish you could zoom in just a little to catch the action behind the boat.
This dog reminds me of my friend dog. I went to his house and was eating pizza. The dog approaches me and kept staring at my pizza. I thought that if I didn't offer him the pizza then I'm going to be his meal of the night.. My friend was upstairs to escape me from that, I got up from my seat slowly and grabbed the pizza sliced and fed him.. After that, He was sitting next to me and like I'm the dang owner .... HAHAHA
Yeaaaa I was just as shocked! Happened about 10yrs ago in Arkansas! I was doing my internship at the Prosecuting Attorney's office when this case came rolling through.... I almost fell outta my chair! Luckily for the kid, so did the Judge!!!
Judge said the Deputy didn't have enough proof that he was going to drive away even though he was drunk and had no other means of transportation. The Judge "educated" the Deputy and gave the kid a Public Intox instead!
In ny, if your in the drivers seat with keys in the ignition and above .08 , you have a one way trip, even if you are sleeping.
Two favorites from last weekend. My almost 4 yr old

If you have to sleep it off, best to hide the keys and play like you don't have them. At home though, I dare a friggin' cop to come into my garage and try to DWI me. Bring it!
my little paradise from atop of the dam

We have plenty of extra water to give!! Please come get it!! Pretty soon these picnic tables will be another one of those vanished things swallowed by the rising lake! It is projected to land 10ft above summer pool. Campgrounds, picnic areas, even launch ramps are closed. We have had so much rain the flood gates on the dam can't keep up.

^^What lake is that? Is that Allatoona?
Yes sir it is! Water level is insane and still rising currently.
Allatoona is a large, yet relatively shallow lake and probably most impacted of all metro ATL lakes with no/extra rainfall.
I'm planning to go to Lake Lanier on THU or Friday since they are projecting the DANG RAIN on weekend again (same **** different weekend).. I'm going to check if the Ramps are open or close...
Never been to Allatoona but I've a plan to be there this year for sure
I can never get the pictures to upload correctly so here's a link.
Its not the Moomba but its a ton of fun:

We've had the boat out a few times since March 1, but no one ever gets pictures.
I think my driveway's too small. Beautiful last couple of days, and there's nowhere I can put either boat in the water. The river, 5 minutes away, is too high. And all the lakes are still frozen.

Not a bad way to start the day. We saw ONE other boat all day.

Beautiful butter!!!!
Sunday was in the mid 80’s here so I took the boat out for the first time this year, which is pretty early for us. Took (7) 20-somethings from work and wakeboarded non-stop for about 5 hours (other than a quick break for lunch).
On a side note, my starting battery was DOA at the ramp so we ran both the stereo and the boat from the (2) stereo batteries all day with no issues. Just flipped my Blue Sea battery switch from “1” to “Combine” and we were off. Time for a new starting battery. I got 6 years out of the original so I guess it was time.
Here is a pic from that lunch break. It was the only pic I took all day.

Went out Monday 5-6-13 With Brian from Exile, Nat fron Exile, Brian's bro in law Mike, his buddy Craig, Russ, and Claudia's frined Evan. I even felt generous can picked up this older gent at the dock with his wake board in tow. Turns out he was a old school pro waterski and boarder. He was seriously fun to watch.
