I miss my 05 R6 but right now I need to pick and choose my hobbies.

always did like a white bike. the fz6 in white was very nice. too bad they stuck a bunch of girl-ey stickers all over it to forever give the bike that stigma..

Here is a picture of my bikes. The harley was only a day old in that picture, she now has new black v&h exhaust and a screaming eagle intake and v&h programmer.

ATGATT
ALL THE GEAR ALL THE TIME
Wear gear and have fun. Ive owned a bike for a long time, put many miles on them. Been riding for 25+yrs and seen some crazy stuff. Wear gear, its not too hot to wear gear.
front tires good..its my rear that needs to be replaced
Here is my Debbie.

These last two are for those "Harley's cant lean" guys. To say I drag would be an understatement. You cant tell how much metal is missing. The pans "used" to be the same all the way around. I'm into the actual mounting bracket now.

Yeah, I drag exhaust also.

She is my daily commuter, 45 miles each way everyday. Pretty much rain or shine, as you can tell by how filthy it is. About to hit 65,000 miles. Had a slew of crotchbike and dirt bikes in the past, but Debbie is the only one that has a forever home.
Been riding since I was 16, actually bought a bike on my 16th Bday without my parents knowing lol ( They highly dislike that friend now who was 18 at the time)
1ST 954 I BUILT

929 DAILY RIDER

LAST 954 I BUILT, ALMOST LOST IT WHEN I HAD TO SELL IT... BEST BIKE I'VE EVER HAD!

Out of the 01 R6, the 03 R6, the 03 954, and an 07 1kRR..the 954 is the bike I wish I could go back and never sell. I feel your pain!
never said harleys can't lean, just not very far :) still quite a strip on the side of that tire :p
HAHA those 954's were babied... rarely wheelied, the 929 on the other hand... ya lets just say it took some abuse in the canyon and in the flats!!
im still undecided if i should sell my RR..i came up to a 11 1000rr and i love the look of it..almost makes me want to well the 6 and get the 1 haha
Very cool to see everyone's bikes, keep 'em coming!
Dusty the most impressive thing I've seen so far in this thread is how clean your garage looks, spill some oil or something man!
I ended up putting about 1500 miles on the Ducati just in September. Considering my commute is only 2 miles, tops, I'm considering that an accomplishment for this late in the year.
you really post great motorcycles photos.I am not sure where to start looking, I don't need a brand new one and im not sure what brand is better than another and im looking to spend anywhere from 5 to 8 grand on the bike. Looking for a sport bike! any suggestions.
You can pretty much get anything you want for that price range. I would say if you haven't ridden before start small and older so that you can spend some time learning before you hop on a 1000cc bike! I've always been a honda guy but really you can't go wrong with any 600cc as a starting bike??/

This is an old back yard track
If you live round here seems that if you are under 25 you buy gixxer, on a budget, buy kawi and all others buy honda/yammy
yes it was; I use to race hairscrambles, 8,10, and 12 hr races then I switched to racing motocross. I sold my bike when I bought the boat but now that it is put up I'm getting the riding/racing bug again. I tore up my shoulder wakeboarding so I have to get it fixed before I can even think about buying another bike.

This was my baby; I loved this bike. I took this pic the day I brought it home. I bought it from a kid coming off an 85 and he didnt like it. I got a sweet deal on it. 2007 CRF250R
I will quit for now; I need to find the rest of my dirt bike and street bike pictures.
The HS around here are around 2 hrs unless it is the afternoon GNCC race then they are 3 hrs. The long distance races are team races, 2 - 3 ppl on a team. I would love to ride in Colorado; I scored free tickets and Fox VIP passes for the des-nations race back a couple of years ago. It was an awesome trip and would love to go back with a bike. I could only imagine the ass kicking your received racing out their.

Just an update here... I'm officially in love. Put something like 2500 miles on since the beginning of September and I'm still riding strong, 27 degrees outside when I left for work this morning.
Been lightly modding so far.. Swapped out all turn signals and taillight, chopped off more of rear frame, tweaked the carbs, new battery, LED package, plasti-dipped belt covers, new sprocket cover, and maybe some other things..
Teaching myself things such as brake/clutch bleeding and carb jetting/tuning instead of wasting money on "Italian" service!

sexy... I've ridden behind a few of them and duc's sound amazing when piped right.
won't spell it right but the termi's sound the best imo... :)
I'd love to get some Termi high-mounts, far too pricey right now though. Next up will be stage 2 jets and pod filters.
Very nice Chris! I want to get back on two wheels badly but I always got my self in trouble. I would ideal like a super-moto in the future.
Just got back into motorcycling after a 10 year hiatus. Bought this Yamaha FZ8 about a month ago. Here are pics from the day I rode her home from the dealer. Been busy modding it - of course!

Nice Cab! The FZ8's are so sweet, they were on my purchase radar along with the Monsters, ZRX 1200's, CB1000's, and Z1000's.
I will post pics of mine once it arrives, but here is what my new toy will look like. Dealership says it will be "sometime" in March before they get these in. Gotta love KTM...

They don't know what number i'm getting yet, I hope it's 22 (not a reed fan) but I probably won't be lucky enough to get one with that low of number. I've always wanted a KTM, and when I finally decided to buy another new one I looked at Honda and KTM and once I saw the Factory Edition I was sold instantly. I think I need to buy a spare set of plastics so I can take these off and not cry when I get the first scratch.
Can't beat a KTM. A lot more money than a Jap bike and 30 pounds less and you'll kick butt on the trails. Remember to check sprocket size that you use, hand guards, Tugger lift straps and skid plate. I modified my 450 EXC before it left the show room floor. Keep up the maintenance.
Happy trails......................
